Our Client a leading human Vaccine Facility is looking for an experience planner to join their state of the art facility. Responsibilities include: Responsible for all aspects of production planning and detailed scheduling to support customer requirements, while managing inventory/capacity constraints utilizing SAP and Orchestrate tools and providing input into the site capacity planning model. Ensure that objectives are effectively achieved, consistent with requirements to ensure compliance, safety and reliable supply to our customers. Preparation of Production plan (3 month fixed plan and 0-7 day finite plan) for the site to ensure continuous supply of product to meet customer demand. Create, update and maintain production plans for the site. Ensure any changes, and the rationale for those changes, are communicated to customers and stakeholder for agreement. Ensure contingency plans are in place to support unplanned adjustments to schedules or changes in demand, to facilitate early impact assessment of planned and unplanned changes. Manage the Production plan by direct liaison and interaction with the demand planners and IPT operations and Technical Engineering. Consistently update systems, based on demand changes and complete process orders and identifying special requirements prior to Process Order release. Qualifications. Bachelor Degree in a Science/Engineering related discipline or equivalent is required. Previous experience is required in the planning organisation of the Pharmaceutical industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and strong understanding of Pharmaceutical GMP systems are essential. SAP knowledge and experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job related computer applications required. Report, standards, policy writing skills required. Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to Irish, European and International Codes, Standards and Practices. Lean Six Sigma Methodology experience desired.
