To assist in the running of the Rathwood furniture department, we are seeking an order management assistant. You will be responsible for managing customer furniture orders from End to End ensuring that all orders are processed successfully while providing top quality customer service. Job Requirements: Order Management - End to end management from receipt of a customer order until despatch from Rathwood warehouse & transaction of sale. Inventory Management - Maintain system inventory accuracy for all furniture stock items. Point of contact with - - Inbound freight company. - Rathwood Warehouse. - Outbound freight company. - Account Department. Furniture/Retail Sales Assistant. Experience: Microsoft Excel & computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Great attention to detail. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. A Proactive self starter who will develop the scope of the role. Extensive training will be provided.
