Matrix Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an ADMINISTRATOR based in Co. KILDARE . This is a Permanent opportunity and you will be supporting the administration office. Key duties & responsibilities: Contacting suppliers on a daily basis. Booking in their order of stock for the following week, liaising with hauliers to transport this stock – using new CRM System and Advanced Excel. Processing sales and purchase invoices, on SAGE 50 accounts. Answering phones. Generating weekly reports on stock movements. What are we looking for? Relevant qualification and experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel is essential, with familiarity of formulas and functions. Experience of working in a busy office. Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours in order to meet deadlines (this is more the exception that norm. Good attention to detail. Likes working with figures – numerically minded.
