We require a motivated Priduction Supervisor with food experience to join our team in Ballon Meats. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the running of a large Boning Hall , deboning Beef, Lamb And Pork. A minimum 5year experience in food manufacturing sector, red meat. Knowledge of BRC standard and Audits, Bord Bia MPQAS, will be a advantage. Knowledge of allergens and labelling requirements. Desired Slaughter /boning Process Experience (Red Meat experience. Haccp Qualification /Training cert. Ability to multitask and work on own initiative. reporting will be to theCompany Directors. RESPONSIBILITIES: A knowledge of the following will be a advantage , Organize production schedules. Maintain and update the site HACCAP plan and associated documentation ( with QA staff. Customer Complaints / Specification Management. Liase with DAFM. Training Staff in Hygiene, de boning / knife training / Health and safety – maintaining training matrix. Maxamise yields on production. interact with customers regarding Customer specifications. produce product to customer requirements. meet timelines for sales orders. manage staff regarding HR issues.
