RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize production schedules. Maintain and update the site HACCAP plan and associated documentation ( with QA staff. Customer Complaints / Specification Management. Daily interaction with DAFM. Training Staff in Hygiene, de boning / knife training / Health and safety – maintaining training matrix. Maximise yields on production. interact with customers regarding Customer specifications. produce product to customer requirements. meet timelines for sales orders. manage staff regarding HR issues .
