The Accounts Payable function registers and matches approximately 45,000 purchase invoices per annum against purchase orders, processes the payment of approved invoices, reconciles supplier statements and monitors compliance with tax regulations pertaining to accounts payable including tax clearance, Value Added Tax, Relevant Contracts Tax and Professional Services Withholding Tax. The function operates from two locations, Oak Park in Carlow and Moorepark in Cork, with an external service provider operating from a third location.
