Description

Experienced Banqueting Coordinator required for busy 4* Hotel in Carlow, ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in current similar role in large busy 4* Hotel. Hotel enjoys excellent Wedding and Events business and you will be the Wedding specialist. You will be responsible for managing all enquiries, guest showarounds, contracting rates and pricing, agreeing finer and final details and meeting the happy couple on the day of the event. We need an experienced 4/5* Hotel trained Coordinator who is excellent at strategic planning, delivering excellent standards in guest care and service. You be responsible for liaising with all relevant departments, including Reservations, Accommodation, Kitchen, Food and Beverage etc. Naturally you will need an outgoing personality, have great admin skills, Hotel Sales and operations experience will be a huge bonus.
