What you need to know. You will work as an ADMINISTRATOR for our client based in Co. KILDARE. This is a 1-year contract with the potential of a permanent job. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Tracking stock across various locations, using CRM system and Excel. Identifying shortages / surpluses and resolving these issues - planning ahead for 12-24 months requirements. Contacting suppliers for details of future supplies. Weekly reporting on stock figures / movements. Organising stock movements with hauliers and suppliers. Processing sales and purchase invoices on SAGE 50 accounts. What are we looking for? Previous experience in Administration roles. Strong computer skills – particularly strong Excel experience. Good analytical and numerical skills. Can work in a team but also use own initiative to problem solve. Good phone manner to deal with customers / suppliers. Very strong English speaking.
