Clerical Officers - Carlow
Hartley People are currently recruiting for two temporary Clerical Officers for our client based in Carlow. The successful candidate will have previous administration and accounts experience and must be immediately available. Clerical Officers are responsible for a range of tasks including: Providing reception, secretarial and administrative assistance within a team environment. Assisting in the implementation of operational work activities and supporting line managers and colleagues. Collating data/information for reporting. Developing and maintaining up-to-date paper-based and computer-based systems in a confidential manner. Maintaining financial records as appropriate e.g. petty cash, monthly accounts, invoices and payments as appropriate. Undertaking day to day running of office including: ordering stationery and stock; processing receipt of goods and invoices; organising maintenance and repair of office equipment as required. Preparing timely reports, returns and other documentation as required. Assisting with the preparation of various documents such as memos, letters, reports, minutes, agendas and project files. Contributing to and assisting with the organisation of events, marketing activities and promotional materials under the direction of the Manager or other designated staff. Maintaining records and managing the filing system. Undertaking any other duties relevant to the provision of effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support in line with the needs of the service.
