Working with the LotusWorks team as a process engineer you will beresponsible for introducing new processes and/or products (product transfer). You will develop and transfer knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Change Management and Inclusion. Your Responsibilities: Steer and/or participate in cross-functional investigations on problems/deviations-including defining corrective and preventive actions. Identify, analyse and prioritize technical or business related processes improvement-opportunities and problems. Serve as technical support for manufacturing and new product introduction. Design/Author/Review/Approve/Execute process development studies in support of new product introduction and ongoing manufacturing support. Provide technical input into quality notification by authoring/reviewing/approving investigations. Execution of equipment/qualification validation programs; including re-qualification and re-validation. Initiate and coordinate improvements for technical or business processes, systems and behaviours. Contribute to a data driven decision making process, Ensure effective application of Lean Six Sigma and Change Management tools by leading projects, facilitating kaizens and coaching sponsors and practitioners. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Engineering or other Technical discipline. 3 years of related work experience in a GMP manufacturing environment. Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to Irish, European and International Codes, Standards and Practices. Experience in report, standards and policy writing skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job related computer applications required. Lean Six Sigma Methodology experience desired. Benefits. Life Assurance. Pension Contribution.
