We are currently recruiting experienced Revenue Manager for a busy Hotel and Accommodation Complex in Wexford. Ideal candidate will have 3/4 years 4/5* Hotel Revenue Management experience currently. You will be responsible for setting Budgets and achieving these targets, setting and adjusting Rates on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, implementing and monitoring best Yield Management practices etc. You are responsible for monitoring Rate Parity on all channels, chairing Revenue meetings, devising Revenue strategy with GM. You will be responsible for training your own your team, ensuring they follow all agreed procedures and are effective and professional in all communications and administration with Clients and colleagues etc. Applicants need full legal status to work in Ireland as Work Permit will not be available for this role.
