Head Chef required for 4* Hotel in Kilkenny City region, ideal candidate will have 3/4 years experience in a similar role, this is a senior management position, will suit Head Chef from a Boutique 4/5* Hotel or upmarket Restaurant with excellent Bar and Restaurant trade who is used to running with a small team. Here its all about food quality and great seasonal menus, efficient service, having a great relationship with your colleagues and generally being centre of a great team. General Manager wishes to recruit experienced Head Chef from a well managed 4* property for this role, you will be fully responsible for daily Kitchen operations ensuring consistency in following procedures, Hygiene & HACCP, Purchasing & Ordering, cooking & service, mentoring & training, rostering etc, etc. Hotel experience in a Hotel Group structure will be an advance to candidates.
