Matrix Recruitment are seeing to recruit a TALENT ACQUISITION ADVISOR (TAA) who will be based with our Client in CARLOW. This is a 6-month CONTRACT, reporting to Ireland Talent Acquisition Lead. Your new job. We are looking for team member to build the right skills and support the critical growth areas for the business. This is a new position. Key duties & responsibilities: You will partner with the business to understand priority needs and will support the hiring of niche business roles. Implement talent acquisition solutions in the areas of social/digital, talent pipelining, university relations, early career and diversity needs in line with business requirements. Deliver end to end recruitment solutions for the business. Responsibility with our partners for delivery of recruitment and sourcing for all vacancies and administration services and in collaboration will implement a best-in-class talent acquisition function. Deliver behavioral based interviewing training for our client groups. Play a pivotal role in influencing leaders on hiring decisions and will ensure consistency in the all talent acquisition processes that support best in class manager and candidate experience. Understand the local market and talent supply and trends and be able to leverage external data to influence talent decisions for the business. Strategically engage in talent fairs representing the business externally. What are we looking for? Degree Qualified in relevant discipline. CIPD qualification. Deep understanding of direct sourcing methodologies, end to end recruitment process knowledge and competency-based interviewing skills and assessment tools is a must-have. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a large matrixed environment - manufacturing, commercial, research and agency/search organization - ideally within the pharmaceutical industry. Excellent Interpersonal skills with ability foster strong relationships and to work effectively within HR, partnering with COE’s and HR Ops to deliver a holistic talent acquisition service to the business and the candidate. Influential and consultative. Strong technology skills and experience & willing to experiment with digital and social solutions that will appeal to talent segments.
