Hartley People are looking to recruit a  Sales Manager  – for an opportunity in Carlow.               Job Responsibilities:             Experience in marketing products to architects, specifiers, local authorities and contractors  Experience in negotiating with contractors. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs  1 day per week in the office in Carlow.   Role Requirements: A strong sales track record in the construction industry. Previous people management experience. Experience with long sales cycles (This cycles can range from 6, 12 or 24 months. Willingness to travel. Excellent Communication and presentation skills   .
