Experienced General Manager required for a busy 4* Hotel in Carlow region, experienced General Manager required with minimum 2 years experience in similar role, ideally in a "hands on" business and Leisure, Resort style property.With your team you will direct Operations management of entire property including Outlets, Events, Front of House and Rooms Division Division. Hotel owner will consider very experienced Deputy GM for their first GM appointment also. Strategically plan and develop the Hotel and its facilities to meet the Company objectives for the future. You will manage and direct all Sales and Marketing activities to increase Revenue streams and enhance the profile of the Hotel. As GM you will be responsible for the Financial performance of the Hotel, managing expenses, continually monitoring budgets, revenues, cashflow etc. It is important you develop the team allowing them to work to their potential and efficiently recruit new members as required.
