Future Grass Technology Ltd (Grass Tech) is recruiting a new position based in our. offices in Borris, Co. Carlow. Grass Tech is Europe’s fastest growing zero-grazing. and agricultural manufacturer and is at the cutting edge of engineering innovation in. Ireland. Due to continued expansion we are seeking a permanent full-time Service Manager. to supervise and coordinate the team who install, service & maintain Grass. Technology machines across Ireland (including zero-grazers, beet masters, seeders, slurry tankers, dribble bars and trailing shoes. Responsibilities: - This role involves working with customers and coordinating with your team to. carry out effective services, installation, inspection, maintenance and repair. work on equipment on customers’ farms. - Troubleshooting over the phone and diagnosing specific fault issues and take. swift action appropriately. - Managing inventory and responsible for shipping spare parts on a daily basis. - Maintaining positive working relationships with all customers and colleagues. Requirements: - Mechanical/Fitting experience is preferred. - Fluency in English, both spoken and written. - Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. - Experience in Dairy/Agri industry (preferred. - Proven ability to work on your own initiative and within a team.
