Assistant Spa Manager required busy 4* Hotel Carlow region, this high profile property is recruiting experienced Assistant manager to lead the team in delivering service excellent to all Spa visitors and guests. All candidates require current legal status to work in Ireland and must demonstrate. Proven ability to lead the team, to work under pressure and provide quality Spa experience. Experience in busy4/5* Hotel or Day Spa, including previous experience as Spa Therapist. Minimum 3 years experience in a management leadership role, preferably with a luxury property. Progressive career experience in similar style, quality, volume business. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, positive attitude, attention to detail.
