Description

Service Controller / Parts Administrator required in Co Carlow. This role requires an experienced individual to handle service calls, spare parts orders, and customer services functions of the company's Irish Service Department. Principal responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring a prompt and timely support service to the customer base in our Irish market i.e. communications with Customers and Service Engineers with focus on first-time resolution. Troubleshoot and identify solutions over the phone with. Some attendance at farm demos and trade shows. Everyday management of service calls and any related administration including database management and warranty processing. Processing spare part orders from customers and Service Engineers. Liaise with Logistics for the commissioning of machines on delivery in line with company procedures. Review and Sign-off of the Service Engineers work dockets. Experience, Skills and Attributes: Clear communication and Customer Service skills together with strong interpersonal, planning and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively. General IT and Computer skills. Works well as part of a team, but also able to work independently. Technical know-how to determine a customer issue or mechanical failure. Full Driving License.
