Talent Acquisition Partner. Carlow. FTC. My client, a leader in the Life Science sector is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Carlow. Covering a maternity leave, the successful candidate will act as a key stakeholder in the business and report directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead. Responsibilities. Deal with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Manage the entire recruitment process including direct sourcing, interviewing, offer management, onboarding , etc. Directly manage a team of two. Act as a point of contact and provide support for hiring managers and internal and external recruitment partners. Liaise with other areas of the business including COEs, HR Ops, internal/external recruitment partners, etc. as required. Manage various projects such as leading the graduate and intern recruitment programmes. Actively promote and contribute towards positive employer branding. Other related duties as required. Requirements. 5+ years experience in an In-house recruitment/HR role. 3rd level degree in HR or similar relevant discipline. In-house experience in a multinational environment is essential, preferably in the Life Science sector. Experience managing the full recruitment life cycle including contracts and onboarding. Direct people management experience. Understanding of the complexities of RPO. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and influencing skills. Project management experience. Excellent stakeholder management. Some travel to other sites as required.
