Cpl Healthcare are seeking experienced social care professionals with a background working with young people in residential services. We are currently working with a well-known client based in Laois, which supports young people through mainstream residential services and pre-aftercare services. We are looking to add to the management team of the service, seeking two new residential managers. The primary responsibilities of the post will be to over-see the day to day running of service, ensuring they are fully compliant and operating at a high standard, while providing a safe, nurturing environment for the young residents of the service. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced professional looking to further develop in their career. Requirements: The centre manager must have minimum level 8 degree in social care and 5 years experience of working in a social care grade with children. OR. Level 7 in social care and a relevant management qualification suitable for a health care or social care setting and 5 years experience of working in a social care grade in with children. OR. The centre manager must hold a qualification in a related and relevant field and a relevant management qualification suitable for a health care or social care setting and have previously been the manager of a registered centre with the ACIMS within the past 3 years from the time of application.
