Artistic Director/CEO, Carlow Arts Festival Full time, Salary €50,000-55,000 per annum + benefits Carlow Arts Festival is looking for an ambitious, inspirational and visionary individual to be our next Artistic Director/CEO. Carlow Arts Festival is an annual multi-disciplinary arts festival which takes place in Carlow, Ireland every June.   We are looking for an imaginative cultural leader, who believes in the role of transformative art, diverse perspectives and inclusion, and can seek out virtuosic artists - in Ireland and internationally - who resonate, inspire and can collaborate with the Carlow community. You will be equally at home in coupling audacious artistic vision with strong organisational and entrepreneurial skills.  Over the past five years the festival has seen a period of growth and consolidation, creating a strong and sustainable position for the festival, including in unexpected times. We are looking for someone who will build on everything achieved to date, whilst also developing their own distinctive vision and the position for CAF locally, nationally and internationally.
