Job Description. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Lead to join our new facility in Carlow. This position will contribute to developing and implementing strategic planning in Ireland by providing medical insight and expert knowledge about the product or disease area. In addition, the role shall identify, develop and maintain credible relationships with healthcare professionals, providers and academic centres. What you will need: Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following:   Leadership activities including setting the vision and direction for the Quality project team, selection, development, coaching and day to day management. Ensure that the team receives appropriate resources and programmes to develop both technical and people skills, to complete their jobs whilst stimulating personal growth and development in line with role. Develop and maintain training programmes. Provide mentoring and guidance to the IPT and support functions to ensure the capital project activities are performed in compliance with applicable procedures, Company’s Global Policies and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and current. Provide compliance and technical leadership to the project in concept design and delivery stage. Provide support with audit/inspection readiness throughout the project phase. Participate in internal and external audits and inspections, taking the role of auditee for assigned areas of responsibility. Required to comply with the Company’s Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current Good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day-to-day activities and all applicable job functions. Use MPS tools and methodology to drive continuous improvement of practices and procedures ensuring compliance in an effective and efficient manner. What skills you will need: In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have: Typical Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred in a Science related discipline. Typical Minimum Experience for this Grade/Level Considerable experience in a comparable role (~10yrs) ; would typically have experience operating as a senior professional and adding considerable value  to the business in a GMP manufacturing setting.
